The most useful thing you can send us is a correction. If a price, context window, error code or snippet on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what the right value is, ideally with a link to the provider’s documentation. We will fix it and update the page’s verification date.
What to get in touch about
- Corrections. Something inaccurate, stale, or a code sample that does not run.
- Coverage requests. An API error you keep hitting that our error reference does not cover yet.
- Tool feedback. A model missing from the cost calculator, or a number that looks off in the context budget planner.
- Working together. Writing, consulting or partnership enquiries.
What we cannot help with
We are not a support channel for OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or any other provider. If your account is suspended, your billing is wrong, or you need an API quota raised, only the provider can act on that. Their support pages are the right destination and we have no ability to escalate on your behalf.
We also do not accept paid guest posts, link insertions or sponsored placements dressed up as editorial. Our editorial standards explain why.
